Credence Home Health Services is a locally-owned and operated home healthcare agency committed to providing quality home health services in North Texas. Using the latest and most cost effective treatment options, our professional staff works under the direction of your physician, following a unique care plan to meet your home health care needs.

Our nurses and therapists are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All our employees must go through a pre-employment screening process that includes verification of references, education and criminal background. Our personnel are supervised by our Director of Nursing, and work under the direction of your physician.
